An annual report carries more scrutiny per page than anything else an organization prints. The photography has to reproduce properly, the charts have to be legible, the brand color has to be the brand color, and the whole thing lands on the desks of the people who fund you.
That is an argument for offset on a 40-inch sheet, with measured color rather than approximate color - we are G7 Master Qualified, which means the numbers are checked rather than asserted. Heavier cover stocks, a matte or soft-touch finish, foil or emboss on the cover: all handled, with specialist finishes managed by us through partners we have used for years.
Binding is saddle stitch for shorter books and perfect binding for longer ones, and the mailing to your list happens here too - so the report reaches board members, donors and stakeholders on the date you planned rather than whenever a separate mail house gets to it.
