Stored where it was printed
Fulfillment and Warehousing
Hold your printed inventory in the same building that printed it, draw it down as you need it, and let us assemble, pack and send it out.
Why keep it here
Print once, draw it down as you need it
Printing a year of something at once is nearly always cheaper per piece than printing it four times. What stops people is the other half of that sum: where it goes, who counts it, and what happens when a version changes in March.
Keeping it here answers all three. The quantity that makes economic sense gets printed, we hold it, and you draw on it. You are not storing cartons in a meeting room, and you are not paying a warehouse to look after something we already have on the floor.
It is also the one arrangement where nobody argues about whose fault a shortage is. The people who printed it are the people counting it.

How it runs
From press to doorstep without leaving us
We print it, so we already have it
Most fulfillment programs start with work we printed. It never leaves the building to be warehoused somewhere else, which removes a freight leg, a handover and a chance to damage it.
Stored, labelled and counted
Your inventory sits on our racking under its own labels, with counts we can tell you rather than estimate.
Picked and packed to your rules
Kits assembled the way you specify them - a folder with three inserts and a letter, the same every time - and packed to go.
Out the door
Shipped on your carrier and account, or delivered on our own trucks - to you, your warehouse, or the post office.
However you work
The workflow is written around you, not the other way round
There is no standard Broudy fulfillment process, and we would be suspicious of a printer who had one. A membership body drawing down enrollment packs, a manufacturer shipping literature to dealers and a hospital system replenishing forms across sites do not want the same thing, and pretending otherwise just moves the awkwardness onto you.
So each program gets its own: how material arrives and how it is checked in, how items are identified and counted, what a kit contains, who can authorize a draw, what the reorder trigger is, how you want to be told stock is low, and how it leaves. We document it, you approve it, and it is then the way your work runs rather than a set of instructions somebody has to remember.
If you already have a process that works — your own item codes, your own paperwork, your own system to report into — we will fit it. Customizing is the ordinary case here, not a favor.

Who uses it
A standing arrangement, not a one-off
Since January 2023 we have run fulfillment work on nearly 600 jobs — for 28 customers. That ratio is the honest description of this service: a small number of organizations who keep material here and draw on it steadily, rather than a long list of people who used it once.
It suits recurring, versioned material with an unpredictable draw. Enrolment packs, membership kits, dealer and branch literature, forms that have to be identical every time and available the day somebody asks.
If that is your pattern, the useful conversation is about what you are holding now and how often it moves — not about square footage.
Getting it out
For when it has to arrive right, and on time
To you, to your warehouse, or straight to the post office — wherever a job has to be, getting it there is our responsibility, and we can say that because the trucks are ours and the drivers work here. There is no handover to a carrier at which the delivery quietly becomes somebody else's problem and your deadline becomes a tracking number.
That is what owning them buys. A date we have given you is a date we control, and if something moves we know before you do. And when a job is not urgent, we will often drop it off simply because we are already passing — one of the quiet advantages of a printer a few miles away rather than a few states.
Further afield, it ships on your carrier and your account, packed and labelled here. Kitting, shrinkwrapping and carton packing all happen on the same floor, so a pallet leaves ready to use rather than ready to sort.

Tell us what you are holding
What the material is, roughly how much of it there is, and how often it moves. That is enough for us to say whether keeping it here saves you anything — and if it does not, we will say that too.
