A banner is easy to buy badly. Any copy shop will take the file and hand you something the right size, and it will be almost right — the blue slightly off, the stock a little brighter, the whole thing not quite the piece your designer drew.
It matters because large format rarely appears on its own. The poster goes up beside the brochure, the banner behind the table with the folders on it, the stand graphic above literature we printed last month. Those things are compared side by side, in the same light, by the people you are trying to impress.
We print it on the machines we pull our contract proofs on. Same color management, same eyes, same records of what your brand color actually is — because in most cases we already print everything else you hand out.

Rigid substrates, flatbed work and UV printing go to a specialist partner who does that work every day, scheduled and managed by us as part of the same job. You brief it once, to the same people, and one invoice arrives at the end.

Finished size, how many, whether it lives indoors or out, and how long it needs to last. That is enough to get you a price and a sensible recommendation on material — including when a cheaper substrate would do the job perfectly well.
